Newbie sorta.

I have these two plants ,one bubbleicious(stocky)and another heady strain that is way more bushy,longer branches ect.I have two seperate 5 gallon resevoirs with a 1000w hps that is 14 inches away.The tips on the first set of fan leaves are turning yellow and crispy.Could I be over nuting them or what.Tanks anyone.

Pictures are needed, but sounds like nute burn or a temperature issue.

Definately not a light isssue as my 1000 w hps is 2 ft away and only one is really crispy on the lower fan leaves.How do I flush without loosing nutes?
