Newbie question

Hi everyone, this is probably a silly question but I have a few leaves that have turned brown/yellow at the top of my plants. Do I need to remove them or leave them?

Yes, all at the top. I made the mistake of not giving nitrogen (was only giving tiger bloom). I’ve since corrected it and the plant is doing way better. I grew potatoes a few years ago and over fertilized them with nitrogen. Well, I grew the most beautiful green tops and barely any potatoes. It scared me from nitrogen during the flower stage (which was wrong).

You have not made any adjustments to your lighting source at all? Raise/lower dim?

I raised my light from 14” to 18” at 100%

14" is close.
What does your light manufacturer recommend for distance?

Why would you think it’s his lights?,i I’m just curious

It IMO looks like some light saturation. I run seedlings @20% 3 feet away. I veg at 60% 28 inches away. When I see white flowers form at bud sites I turn lights up 5% per week. This is currently growing. GL!

Honestly, I’m not sure what they recommend. I’m kinda out of room to go any higher (5ft tent).

Yes, I’m at 100%, 18” above them.

Dim them to 75% let them be for a week. If they respond well then turn them up slowly 5 % per week. You have worked this long don't loose it now. Easy .

I have around 35w per square foot.. Keep my distance 18-24"

Impossible for me to say. Different strains handle light in different ways. Sativas like light more. If you want to get the most out of your light get a cheap lux meter. That will help you lots.

I hear your brother I had a nitrogen issue this year. Didn't intentionally overdo it. Caused by a three-part soil, I don't think plants were overdosed with it. I think they needed it and sucked up a shit ton of it as it was fresh. Now they've leveled out. I do have a rain mixture where I dump my coffee grounds possible carpet there. I'm having a topping issue as well, the tops went well, soon to accidentally break off one of four of the new ones just after node before Leaf grew. Looking like a huge mistake stunt Planet Maybe. I'm looking for advice as well, I want to say I feel your pain brother. For being a weed please get pretty particular. For the best fruit that is. 187 out. The OP definitely doesn't have nitrogen deficiency
