newbie quesion about a part of the stem on my plan

does it look normal and healthy or does it look like its stretching toward the light,like it needs more light? Thanks for your output. 3 weeks old or so

Looks like it might be on its way to stretch, what kind of light are you using and how far away is it?

even tho the pic sucks you plant looks fine as long as its green
