newbie outdoor uk grower need your help pls

HiI live in the UK and have been growing my plant outside ( my next door neigbour gave it to me as a cutting) so I have no idea what the name of it is, my question are 1, is it suppose to be so green? 2, will it flower and bud? 3 when? I have added the videos so that you can see.

nice plant mate, got one myself about 5 or 6 feet tall.. it looks like you too are in a residential area, but have more balls than me.. do you know your neighbours or what? where are you located? uk? im not sure my neighbours wouldnt notice...

no hold off on miracle grow if not careful it could burn buy your seklf sum good simple bloom like ionic and its simple to use..
