newbie ? on seedling

Hellow... I got this seedling and ima post a few pictures on it and tell me what's going on with it. I got some seesling starter soil from mg and its under a 150 watt hps lamp I had it cfl lights for its first week its on a 18/6 sch. please advise me... o yeah I added a very small amout of organic fert. Yesterday.

check everthing uve been doing to her and that should tell you

3 of the same picture and its blurry... take a better pic and post it once, not 3 times.

I think I have been over watering but I would check it and it was dry... I did nt mean to post the same pics...lol I'm doing this on a cell here are some more

over water? looks more like under water.

Man sorry everyone I'm have n a lil bit of issues post n my pictures lol what a weak singnal I was getting cell was feez n up. Ill do it off labtop next time guys

soil looks dry but idk.

I been water the seedling every other day I stop pouring water once I see iit drain out the bottom I will try three days some time but mostly every two days
