Newbie needs opinions. Nute burn??

ahh,here we are, also look at the main stalk on that one, whats this yellow crusty like stuff? looks like a reptiles molting skin, lol

And what u think about the leaves?

ok well the leafs at the bottom could get cut back a bit and for the damaged leafs I wouldn't cut them right off , I'd cut it back a bit at a time
