Newbie needs one on one help from a veteran

I am new to the hobby as well as this site. I need serious one on one help from a Vet. Is there anyway to talk privately? Can someone suggest a way to open a direct line of communication in a way that will keep both parties anonymous? I have an emergency situation that needs urgent professional help!!

If I contacted one of these overseas companies that distribute products, would they be willing to help over the phone? Can anyone help over the phone. anonymously? Are there any trusted websites that are recommended/endorsed by any of you for purchasing supplies and giving one on one tech advice??
