newbie needs help

I recently got a cutting from a friend, in soil with nutrients that will last for about four weeks. He said to spray the leaves with a mister until it got bigger and water once a week. The lights I am using are cfl's with a blue spectrum with a circular reflector. The only problem is originally the leaves were standing up but know they are on the dirt and seem to be wilting. what should I do?

You need to put water in the pot or else the roots are gonna dry up and your plant will die.Misting the plant is not enough.Yes the nutrients that are in the soil will feed your plant for up to 4 weeks but you need to add water so your plant can make use of them after the 4 weeks then you will have to buy water soluble nutrients.

don't mist your leaves too much, drooping is caused by overwatering. It's better to water the soil. Misting is to keep the humidity high but it drains the nitrogen out of the leaves and creates "hot spots"
