Newbie, Need Help with Lights

I have a 2x2x4 grow box I built out of OSB. Painted the interior flat white because I didn’t want to mess with Mylar or foil or anything like that.
I have 2 shop lights (65w) hanging about 4-5 inches above my plant. One has a 9w 5000k bulb and the other has a medium sized grow bulb I got from Home Depot, I think 9w. Both LED.
It seems too dim in there but I’m not sure. Should I get one of those cheap LED grids and use that instead?
My budget is extremely limited and I’m worried I don’t have proper lighting in the box.
Any advice would help! I’m doing indoor/outdoor and have them outdoor for the next week on a neem treatment, so I have some time to get new lights if needed.

Well its a small plant you will be ok for a short while but put the lights closer.

What do you mean indoor/outdoor? Your going to veg indoor and flower outdoor or your planning on moving it in and out from time to time?

You can carry on adding more bulb as you can afford.
Or
A HLG100 available on amazon would light your space up enough for flower. But if you dont plan on flowering indoor then you can use less.

There are several people on here growing with multiple household LED bulbs. Some on a fairly big scale.

Thanks for your response man!
I’m meaning indoor/ outdoor as in I’m vegging outdoor for as long as I can, but in a couple weeks here I’m gonna need to pull it inside to finish vegging, then flower indoor as well. I also put it inside when the weather is just bad too.
My season is running out quick up here in Washington, I started way too late.

Are you unable to spend $200 on indoor lighting and a fan?

Definitely put a few bucks aside each week to upgrade your lights for when it's time to bloom. You'll need em.

Not all at once, my paychecks every 2 weeks are around $400. Lookin for some better opportunities now but yeah price is an issue. I’ve been slowly saving for lights for flowering.
I should have enough by the time I want to flower for sure.
Just slowly upgrading here and there when I can
Are you sold on LED or are you willing to use HPS? I’ll say right out that for $185 you can get a dimmable 1000 watt kit with HPS and MH bulbs, air cooled reflector and hangers. Minus a fan but those Vivosun fans are cheap and tough. That light will produce bud. $200 for LED and get a Mars junker.

I'm a LED grower too man and everyone swears by the hps for flower. I'm running my first grow with just under the recommended wattage for flowering my tent, both LED and I'm gonna see what happens. I will end up with a separate tent for flower at which time I will probably spend 1500 on a good LED or a few hundy on a 1000 watt hps and spend the extra dough on environmental controls for the flower tent.

So it’s definitely too dim in the box. I put the plant outside 2 days ago and did a neem treatment on both the box and the plant. It seems to be doing really good outside, it’s perked up and grown a lot faster. If I got one of those cheaper led panels (~$50) would that be enough in addition to my other lights?
Honestly not too concerned about yield, just want to complete a grow, I don’t really want to drop bucks on big equipments, I’m saving to move out and it’s already hard enough
