Newbie looking for advice

I'm just starting to grow. I have seen and been involved with the entire grow process.
I have an 8 x 10 tuff shed that I want to grow in. I'm looking for advice on which system to use and how to lay it out as to get the most yield for the money. I want to go as cheap as possible without affecting the quality and quantity of the plants. Any suggestions will be appreciated

hydro or soil? what type lights? how much do lights cost to run per watt per month? i like under current system. Which nutes to use and when to use them. Ventilation? co2?

The only problem with growing in a shed is keeping the temps right. You will need a large ac unit and a small heater. So ya thats about 400-500 dollars just to keep cool. Thats not counting the thousand or so to set up a decent growroom. Still want to grow in a shed?

budget dude..... whats your budget? if you're growing in a shed you're gonna need some $$$$$$.....

i plan on insulating the shed and ac wall unit. budget is around 1000 after ac
