No the herm was underneath in another grow and I dont know if a herm can mess w another female that's already just as old but no seeds it was all buds but now idk it's in every bud and some look like it regular growth but the stressful side of me say maybe seeds! The plant below was herming so I pulled it and my tent above it is completely sealed but I still know anything is possible lol, what you thinking?

Those are seeds. If you'd like I can walk upstairs and get you another picture of a seeded plant. Herms can fertilize other plants. As for tent above how did you filter your intake? Doesn't take much pollen to make a lot of seeds.

PS this is how female seeds are made (hermed plant to female). If the plant that hermed hermed for no discernable reason than these seeds may also herm for no reason. However if you stressed the plant to create the herm these could be good female seeds.

What do u suggest? Harvest now or flush at least bc bro it smells just like oranges too , I'm wanting to try the ice cold water and kill my light right before harvest but thatll make more seeds right now that my resin has seeds growing should my resin stop forming?

I don't flush. I dislike starving my plants at finish. I'd finish them, cure them and save the seeds and try a couple. Watch them for herm and kill them and toss the seeds if they rodelize without reason (age & stress)

As for all the craziness I don't do any of that and my cannabis runs in the low to mid and occasionally high 20% pretty consistently.

As for seeds they don't decrease potency they only decrease the amount of weed you can smoke. I've been breeding for several years now and that's been my and many breeders I know experience.

Sometimes you never find the plant(s) that hermed and just end up with unwanted seeds.

Seems like it's somewhat localized when I've seen it.

Like you get a cluster of little buds that have seeds, but the buds around them are fine.

Compared to the full-blown hermfest where the entire crop is pollinated.

This happened in the tent below this one. So I'm guessing herm fest LOL! Based on his questions he may have unintentionally stressed the plant so he might get some usable female seeds from the accidental breeding. With some experience growing out a couple seeds from the breeding will answer the question for him if he doesn't start torturing his weed :)

Good to see you over here Chunky.

Thanks C2G!
Sometimes I can be of assistance -- even if it's just sharing my blunders. :dunce: 8) :dunce:

Having hermies isn't the end of the world.

Hell I just finished a crop from homemade fem seeds and they are looking frosty AF. I'm not happy with the structure and probably won't grow them again, but it was fun.

Like you said, it depends on how/why they hermed.

I made the amateur mistake of treating all of my plants the same and ended up overwatering a few of the smaller ones. (This was in soil. Probably wouldn't have mattered in coco.)

The seeds from that crop have been pretty good so far. If the buds weren't so fucking fluffy, I'd run the "sinky socks" pheno again.

Got a blackberry pheno from the same crop that I'm testing now. Those seeds definitely have a tall stretchy pheno and a more compact one.
Not sure about terps.

I should get a pic!

I'd love to see a pic. I can't wait for smell-o-vision! Yeah I only grow hydro because soil is just to scary for me, plus bugs and I can't grow outside here.

What size pots?
The two on the left are 1 gallon for sure and the other two look slightly smaller. Maybe 3L???
I checked them and it doesn't say... :wall:

It's weird because when you say that you "topped" a plant, people think you snipped the tips.
In this case, I kept cutting off chunks of the meristem trying to get the lowers to catch up.
