Ok so i am using roots organic soil, and i have they're organic liquid line the buddah grow and bloom. I am waiting until week 3 to give it any kind of nutes but i am wondering if i am going to need more then what i have right now to get the most out of my plants. i notice some growers will mix and give more and others do not. is that just preference or do the plants need more then what i have to get the most from them?

Hey there, So heres the jist of what I know. Ive been using it for two years, and Its very tricky. Id say stick with the guidelines from aurora. If your plant is a heavy feeder, which you can research about, id give them a little more. If you are having any trouble I might try mixing something else in, say some kelp or fish emulsion, because everyone i know who has tried aurora says its very tricky but it is liquid and organic, which nearly impossible to get. So you are definitely in the minority here with me in getting the organic hydro fertilizer lol. I think bio bizz and aurora are the only two organic....If you are using a soil setup, no soilless medium, consider investing in some kelp meal, fish hydrolysate, bat guano, sea oyster shells, and call it a day. those four ingredients right there give you more than you need, and they are super inexpensive, and you can buy them locally. Most fertilizers that are organic are basically made of a mixture of these things...many grow shops will sell this stuff in like 5-10 pound bags for like 5-10 dollars each.

Oh another important note, the ph is unstable, and its quite acidic. ingredients can separate in bottle so shake it

im using a soil set up to start about 10-15 plants in a grow tent.
so where would i go to buy these ingredients, and then i should just mix them into a soil with some perlite?

search for hydroponic stores or organic nursery shops in your area, call em up and ask em. And yup just mix em up in your soil, a bit of perlite and dolomite lime (agricultural limestone, hi yeild brand 6lbs for 2.99 at my local farm store) i add tbs dolomite per gal soil and bout a cup o' perlite per gallon soil in a 3 gal generic smart pot and call it good till chopping time! However my feeding regime is inorganic salts

I used Roots Organic at one time and wasn't impressed. But their premixed soil now that might be something different. Mmmmmm nope. I love my AN & coco
Grandpa always said you get what you pay for. Still holds true today
