How old are they, what'cha feeding her, how often do you water, what kind of soil, etc.. need more info, but I get a feeling the're over fed, perhaps over watered too. Very common. :)

yes as allthumbs said! What are you feeding her and how much are you feeding her? By tellin how old she has become, someone will be able to tell you what dose you should start of feeding her because it could be a nutrient burn, not sure though.

Other thing is if you want to reach a greater growth/yield - how close is your lamp to your baby? Because the edges of the leaves are bending upwards which is a sign of too much heat. What temperature does your g-room reach sometimes? I got the same heat problem myself. I try to imagine how my plant would survive in a tropical weather so I spray it regularly with water and try to recreate the same rain drops it would have been in if it was in a tropical weather.
