Newbie Grow Room - Critiques?

I've been constructing and am nearly finished with my first room and am looking for any advice or tweaks.

I built a hidden room 4' x 9' and 8' tall. I have sealed the room in white vinyl with an air intake running from a vent that is attached to an air conditioned room that is controlled by house temperature. I have the option of running an A/C duct directly into the hidden room but did not want to create positive pressure.

Inside the hidden room I have a 4'x4'x 7'11" Gorilla tent, a 1000w inda-grow induction light (low heat). I am really wanting to make sure I control odor and create a lot of negative pressure in the room, so I am looking to put a high CFM carbon filter/fan setup to pull everything out. I will have the intake pulling from inside the tent, drawing the ambient air into the tent and out to the attic.

Is there any flaws in my thinking here, outside temps here run in the upper 90's in the summer here but the room is well insulated and should maintain a decent temp since it's pulling from "house temp" which is around 75. Also, is there such a thing as too much negative pressure?

Thank you!

As you've noted, pictures say a lot and tend to garner more assistance.

Glad you worked it out. We would love some pics, we may learn a trick from your build and we may be able to share a tip or two.
