welcome. Although I officially joined late, I read all the stickies and posts for about 4 months before getting involved. Along with the grow FAQ, read every sticky on the site.
Cross reference your findings with out side sources. And come to your own logical and rational decisions on what's best for you and your grow.

Good point...the best for everyone is trial and error...we can all offer the best advice, but it's how you do it that matters.
