Newbie: dropping plant

My biggest plant is looking really droppy. It was fine when I left about 11am but looked like this when I got home. The rest of the plants look ok

Can anyone tell if it's a male or female from these pictures
I wouldn't worry about the sex of the plant at the minute, I would focus more on the fact it looks like it's dying... The medium/ lumps of wood in the pot look dry.
I stick my finger in the medium and if it's moist then I'll leave it another day but if it's fairly dry I'll water/feed them. I roughly feed mine every other day at the moment and Mike are quite abit larger than them.
Let us know how you get on

I also have limited space, I used the "LST" method to manipulate my 3 plants to grow out rather than up to fill my entire floor space. Also resulting in multiple top buds

That's my first grow too, there's nothing complicated about lst... Research it a bit, pleanty of vids on YouTube and see what you think.
Good luck, happy growing!
