oh and also i planted my new seeds on saturday night no germing just strate in jiffy pucks with tap water and the nirvana ice sprung up today thats 2 days thats the quickest seed ive ever heard of

Damn!! You can't be doing that to much. If it do to the heat outside during the day. Do what I do and run your lights at night. Helps alot. As far as times? Don't know. Just have them come on when it's cool and off when it starts getting hot. My veg room turns on at noon but are under T5 so no heat issues. My flower on the other hand is from 8pm to 8 am. It's around 80 durning the day now but will get 115 soon. So 2600w I would cook them fast. I also have a AC in there but it's in a bad location so barley keeping it under 86. Next run I will change all that. Just got 3-4 weeks to go.

im on 18 on 6 off its cool form 8 till 8 here to. so should i switch.

Have your 6 off during the hottest time of day. Around here that's 11-5 but you might be different.

Yes there will be a time difference when going to 12/12 at 8-8 but do the change under the dark and you shouldn't see any problems. But if you feel that you might cut 4 hours off 1day and then get it to that time the next.

Yes you can switch. If you switch in veg IMO it's better to do it with lights on don't want to get anywhere neer 12 dark. but flower you need to do it with longer dark. Don't want more then 12 light

Blowing on the plant. It moves the heated air from them. If you have it on the lights you are moving the heat from them around the room.
