The soil was bone dry as far down as i could feel. Watered about 1 quart per plant with 6.0 pH water(hoping this should finally level the soil pH out). Then foliar fed shortly after with seltzer water and epsom salt. At this point I can only hope things start to turn around. Pretty sure i have a magnesium deficiency. I was browsing on the web and this is pretty much just what my leaves looked like before they started to burn on some leaves. Except mine droop more then the ones pictured and now look worse.

Does anyone know how often I should foliar feed? Also does anyone know how long it takes for plants to start showing signs of recovery from foliar feeding? Thanks

Folar feed at least once a day, early so the lights don't have the chance of burning the greenery. If you choose to feed later just make it a light spritz. The water will magnify the light causing burnage, so you only want to spray enough to be absorbed quickly.
MG deficencies can be common with unballanced fert lines, but also a PH imballance along with overwatering can mimmick a deficency, since the roots can't uptake the nutrients properly.
let her recover a bit from what you've already done before you try something else, patience is key. The droopieness is telling me the plant is stressed from overwatering, and the yellowing I believe is from the PH of the soil. Since you're fixing those don't worry about the MG for at least 3-4 days...

So just to clarify i shouldnt foliar feed MG for at least another 3-4 days?

If you've already given her a dose of epsoms, don't worry too much, but I wouldn't give her any more. I would though keep spraying with the seltzer water at least once a day. Its full of CO2 which the plants will respond well to.

Ok sounds good, Ill stop with the epsom for a while, its just that the older leaves still show strong signs of magnesium deficiency. The new growth looks darker and doesn't seem to be twisting anymore(although all leaves are still slightly tacoed). The shorter plant that hasnt really grown in a week or so has grown an inch in 2 days. The plants are now at 8inchs and the other a little over 7 inches and both are consistently making new leaves. I just need the leaves to darken up and stop drooping. Ill post an update in a day or two. Thanks agian for the help!!!

I bet we solved it fixing the PH of the soil, I'm sure the epsoms we're a positive dose right when they needed it, since the roots weren't able to at the time.
One thing to remember is your soil may fluctuate some again, so keep a close eye on it.
It sounds like you're out of the water, but I'll make sure to stay tuned.
My goal is making new growers succesful, I've been for years and its time I paid it forward, so don't be afraid to ask!
