newb ohio outdoor question

im just seeing preflowers and small pistils as of yesterday. can i expect it to be done 50 days from now or should i start forcing it to flower harder. sunlight seems to be around 12/12

Dude I would get some flower nuts and hit it now. Doesn't first frost come in October for Ohio? They would not be done by that time, so if you have them in pots you could take them in and finish under lights. Sounds like a Sativa to me. Some of those strains don't finish until November. If that's the case with yours then you are screwed weather wise.

Yeah im in indiana right next to it and frist frost over here come usually Oct. 28th...haha remember cause thats when i picked my big guy...but i hit the shit with some Organic Flowering from MG..yes i need a merical haha but i just started to hope it will start to force her to flower but im only going to use this for a week and go to Fox farm bud bloom...Cause right now..im not even on a 12 on 12 off...sun comes up here around 6:00 still which sucks...starting to go down at 8...so im fucked

we start flowering end of July first week of august, flowering is triggered when the days begin to shorten after the solstice. June 21. takes a lil over a month for transformation.
Depending on strain this happens quickly sat/ind hybrids etc..


12/12 is pretty meaningless outdoors in zone 5-6
You guys have slow maturing strain
that need to go until nov-Dec, wrap and insulate them to protect from frost if you can.
