Newb inquiry. Please Assist. Lighting and Humidity check list

So I began my first grow at the beginning of this week with germination and I planted them into jiffy pods (taking my chances). I have a 3 X CFL + 1 2' Fluorescent light setup. I placed my moistened pods into Grow dome fit with a "mondi" therm/hygrometer. With the lights on a 18 hour cycle the dome appears to be at 80 deg F. And RH at E-50. Should my lights literally be 1-2 inches away from my peat pods? If I keep the dome on then I can maintain humidity but to keep my lights close I have to take it off. Any ideas?

I'm going to assume that I will be told to remove the dome to keep the lights as close as possible. Heres what I'm working with.

for CFL lights, closer is better, they should be within 6 inches to maximize the light recieved. also i notices you have a yellowish bulb, thats kinda a waste, save it for flowering and stick a white daylight bulb in there.

temp is fine at 80, humidity seems low if your using a dome, for clones and seedlings i like it to be around 80-90%, which is tough to maintain without cuasing mold.
