Newb help with Nutrients.

OKay I am pretty much set to go, but I've been hearing everyone smart say to reduce your nutes to about 50% and work your way up because they are generally to strong for cannabis plants. Is this the same for advanced nutrients? Can I just follow exactly the directions, or am I at a risk of over feeding?

can i grow without any nutes start to finish?
you can but you will likely suffer deficincies and youll be lucky if it lives. if it does make it the yield will be crap. If you are growing in soil that is pretty rich you may be okay but i would at least get something cheap. I have bag seed going in a gorilla spot and i dust um with osmocote and wish um the best. Small jar cost me 5 bux. If you are dwc or bubbles theyll almost surely die.

You should always start with 50 percent nute strength. I am growing with the DWC technique and i start at a qrtr, then 2 weeks if they are looking good, i go with the weakest dose listed, then after another two weeks i blast um with the max dose.

Yes. Especially in the early stages of veg. Advanced nutrients is notorious for over-doing it on their charts... which isn't exactly bad news for your budget bottom line if you're smart about it. Start at half, record your PPM and slowly work your way up. You won't kill them feeding too little, you will kill them feeding too much. Do it right.
