Newb Grow: Is this Sativa or Indica?

Hi, I know this must have been beaten to death time after time by newbies, and other nubs such as myself, but I dare to ask the question: This is my first grow, and lucky me bag seed. My plant is 8 days old, 6 since sprouting, and it has it's first two real leaves. Can you tell at this stage if it is Sativa or Indica, and if so which is mine?62845_1400225406279_1251621232_30909185_1079584_n.jpg63809_1400225086271_1251621232_30909182_3615649_n.jpg60272_1400225206274_1251621232_30909184_1001475_n.jpg61685_1400225566283_1251621232_30909186_8104798_b.jpg

p.s.: Please excuse my nubness. We all start off this way, and sorry for the low quality pics. Thank you

your gonna have to wait a couple of weeks
and just google a picture of a sativa, and google a pic of an indica, and compare it. its much faster posting on here.
good luck

too early to tell. buuuut a general rule of thumb is
Sativa: longer skinnier leaves
Indica:fatter shorter leaves

Well like said above you are going to have to wait a lil longer but indica has 5 points on one leave and Sativa usually have about 10 points on one leave

Well, I'm sad to say that I possibly made one of the worst mistakes I could have. My leaves started to yellow and there were brown spots showing up on the leaves, not to mention that the growth was nill to none. Last night it occurred to me that I had gone all wrong and went Hiroshima on my plants with nutes I didn't even remember having in the soil. The soil which my plant was in was soil, and very rich soil might I add, from my tomato plant grow-box. It occurred to me last night that the nutrients that I already had in that soil were present and that they were the fire and brimstone of my grow. Sadly, but knowing that it would be better to start over and do it right rather than let the plant die further in a slow death, I threw out the seedling and it's soil and replaced it with new and fresh potting soil with all the added ingredients the pros love yet no man-made nutes. I put in two new seeds, still bagseed because obviously as a newbie I'm prone to fck-ups and still need to learn. I'm just hoping that I do this one right. crosses fingers for 2nd grow

^I'll second that. It's always better to admit your fault, then start over, especially when it's so early in the grow. You probably could've salvaged the old ones, but, it was a much better choice to start over with fresh seedlings, rather than trying to work with ones that have already taken a beating.lol Yields suffer, when using damaged genetics. :)
