Hey all,
I am currently getting prepared for my second grow and I am thinking about how to re-vamp my setup. Welcome to my closet! A spacious area with the dimensions of 3 feet 3 inches wide, 5 feet deep, and about 5 feet high that I have to work with.
Right now, what I am thinking of doing is to have one mother plant inside of my thoroughly washed bubble bucket which would be enclosed in its own chamber for constant vegging and cloning. I would most likely use my 90w LED for this plant.
Then I would have a separate "Clone box" for clones to root in rockwool cubes where I would most likely use random CFLs to provide them with a 20/4 light schedule. The rockwool cubes will likely be rooted in a homemade humidity dome made from a tupperware container.
The next part is where I get a little fuzzy and unsure about what to do. I want to have 2 different hydro tubs both of which would have 4 holes for net pots. One would be for the beginning of flowering when they stretch out and the other would be for the end of flowering when they are just fattening up. I planned on just switching out the tops on both the tubs so that I could just have a perpetual harvest type thing going. (Like when I harvest the plants in tub 2, I would move the plants from tub 1 to the now clean tub 2, and then move the best clones into tub 1 and so on.)
I guess over all I am asking if anyone has any ideas or opinions on things I am thinking of in the wrong light or any improvements that could be made.
Also, I have only ever constructed a single-netpot bubble bucket and would appreciate any help/knowledge on good reservoir ideas (cooler with modified lid maybe?)
