New to RI Help with card please!

Hello Everyone, I am new to the great state of rhode island and i wanted to get a card. Can anyone please tell me the basic steps for getting the card? What some of the requirements are and if anyone has any recommendations on good helpful doctors it would be so much appericiated! Thanks for any help and +rep to anyone with answers.

its going to be a little tougher then u thinkt.. i dont think u can just move to rhode island. and just get a card nad start growing. mite take a couple months atleast.. iuno took my friend 2 months to find a doctor that would give some1 who just moved to rhode island a medical card
