new to led cobs

I would be running them at 1400 ma active but not sure what degree is to hot for them don't what to burn them out is it 110 degrees,120 degrees or what I what to know the temp so I can stay way below it so I don't burn them up thought it would be a easy queston lots of cob people here
the heatsink fans combo was to small for cob so I used flat diamond plate aluminum and but computer fans above it and cobs just nerves about temp, for now, I put a big fan on the side blowing on cobs to help out the little fans im going to make a order for more cobs and driver, and stuff also I will add 4 extra passive heatsinks on this order and redo set up and run passive to all cobs, don't like the idea if fans stop working I could burn up my cobs. I have a miniature tornado in my grow space now and looks ghetto as shit don't like it but will have to do until order arrives changing over to cobs getting the hps out thanks for the info ihearall

ha ive actually done that flat plate setup during a trial. then i tried with mineral oil by adding sides to the plate and putting fans in the oil to spin it around. the oil held too much heat and didnt dissipate it.

if you have a drill press, these are about as cheep as you can get and are what i use but i had to drill the holes for m3 screws and i use fans attached by picture hanging wire to the led bezels. i also talked the seller down to 6$ a piece for 10 if i paid shipping.

thanks I probably go with jerrys at kingbrite heatsinks and other supplies running a good deal now I was wondering about mineral oil seen a video on someone putting the cob in mason jar and adding mineral oil in it he said mineral oil had no conductivity so no problems there but was wondering how would you get rid of heat maybe he used a big jar though and lots of oil, im always think on how can you make something work good ,look good and work correctly on stuff laying around that I can get my hands on free thanks again
