23 years and a poli sci major ain't weird... but you are still in school... don't act like you know it all. This is a peacefull forum for the most part...and I do believe it is against the rules to even ask to buy bud on here. So at the very least your looking to get baned... Best thing to do would be to go to the bar and meet people if your new to an area... Pot heads atract pot heads... I have lived in more than 10 states and never went more than a weed without buds.
