New to Indoor Growing

I have always been an outdoor grower but since some major injuries the farmer thing is nigh on impossible now days. This industrial lighting stuff is a total mystery. I have already had and corrected; white flies (nematodes), spider mites (pyrethrins/sucra-shield), powdery mildew(still working on that one) and the common nutrient issues. For that I am using OMRI organics: Nature's Nectar and Guano. Black tea for trace potassium and Bushmaster/Gravity for bud density/hardening. And of course this wonderful Humboldt water.

OK... I have, a 4'-4bulb T-5 for seedlings and clones, a 600w Conversion and just got a 1000w HPS.

Which should I use for the flower room and which for the veggie room ~ figure each room 5x5x8-10 pitched (manufactured 2bed/2bath walk-in closets). I have 10 vegging and 6 in various stages of bloom.

That said how should I arrange these lights?
So two P215's ~ 2 closets ~ 2 lights. The T-5 is in one of the bathrooms.

Not sure if I understand you correctly-- you just want to know if the 600w or 1000w should be the flowering light? If so, no doubt ,go with the 1000w for flower. A 5x5 room should be just about right for it. Also, have your topped your flowering plants?
