hey new to indoor growing and my plants have been tiny for quite a while it seems like more lefage is growing right now than stem is that ok they are getting proper care and its been atr least 3 weeks since gremination and there no bigger than 4 inches tall

what kind of lights do you have ? what strain r u growing ?
