Little white hairs = Good.
Its means you're getting pistils (properly known as Stamens), which means a hermie or female plant (You'll know if it goes hermie by the pollen sacks that start forming).
But in regards to size, I would recommend transplanting into a large pot, I usually get a shovel, careful not to disturb too many roots (disturbing roots too much can kill the plant) and scoop it out gently into a pre prepared pot full of a soil mix of your choosing.
Hope I helped, happy growing.

don't like that soil. leaves look a little pale and burnt around the edges. if you are feeding them, back off. if not feeding, water less, or insure proper drainage. putting them in the ground may be the best move.

Read more, relax, go slow let it grow and don't make the biggest mistake and by that I mean don't love your shit to death. It's a plant just give it what it needs and leave it alone.

they look fine, they are just flowering. give them time and b1 water when transplanting. after that just watch them grow and keep ya grubby hands off of em' lol. also.. those are some of the worst pictures ever. >,<
