gotta remember those fans are like solar panels for the plant you take too much off and you will hurt the plants abilities to store energy for its night time growth cycles.. just a reminder..heres update plant pic...chopped the fans they were botherin me lol
shit ill trade you problems...i got 3 off of Girls-Gone-Wild going herm on me im reasonably sure.
.was sooo pissed when my wife showed that to me this morning.might just let them go and pluck sacks and see if i can make them finish out but 2 months is a long ass time to be plucking sacks so we will see where it goes.. its all good tho still gonna be plenty of girls still in the 50 gallon and its only gonna knock me back about 12 colas out of 48
OK the way LST works is you literally tie the plant down to the side of the container causing it to form almost a loop or at least strait out to the side...it causes all the side shoots to turn into top cola's because the plant gets confused as to where its top is at so it just makes all the lower buds tops
.. if done at a young age it can increase your harvest ALOT just tie it down gently to the side after watering and then gradually over the coarse of a few day tie it lower and lower till its strait out at least or slightly lower than center.. and once you get it where you want it leave it there for a couple weeks then let it loose for a day then tie it back down for a couple weeks then let it loose for a day back and forth and you will see huge growth potential spring out of about nothing before..

alot of people do that to get the fans back some so they dont cover bud sites its better to trim them than to eliminate them
