One my Big Bangs is doing the same thing I planted on April 10. The other ones are still vegging and have shown no signs of sex. There in the same area too.
I really don't know why I'm just gonna let if flower.

According to the charts you barely get 14 hours of daylight for only 2 weeks in June in Florida so I defer to Guerrilla grow. Hell, if 13.5 hours wasn't enough light for vegging then Columbia would have never been able to grow such fine cannabis. In Hawaii they get barely over 13 hours on their longest days so I guess all that Hawaiian bud I smoked was just a urban legend!.
That's not enough flowers on that girl to get all worked up about anyway. She'll get it all sorted out and get back to normal in a couple weeks.

Yes but just because there's 13 hours of sun doesn't mean there's 13 hours of sun in his grow spot and the plant will still grow just not as big. More sunlight = more growth which = bigger plant and bigger yield, that's all.

You started those from seed outdoor? Or you cloned them outdoors?
Seed/clone start indoors 1 month CFL's.

Edit Like 2 months veg indoors

OK I brought 3 outside 4/7 and on 4/13 I brought 7 more. On 4/22 I noticed they where flowering.
On 5/8 I took out 3 then 5/19 I said fuck it and brought out all the rest in different stages of development. Just had to clarify that.
