New tank project; how do you think it turn out, imput wanted?

I recently acquired a 20 gallon fish tank equipped with a 40 flourescent light bulb. I bought a fresh soiless mix, a theomometer, a hydrometer and two computer to fans; one for sucking in air and one for blowing out air ( the tank itself I covered in tinfoil); do you think my babies will be able to grow...veg and bud efficiently even if they're not auto flower as long as I bend them and kept them on a timer and at the appropiate temperature when the time comes.

Might wanna get a small desk fan to put in thier also some mylar wld work much much better than the tin Foil

I have to nVidia computer fans used as exhaust fans, and tin foil is a lot eaier to acquire.

people just tell you that,cuz it is..and its prolly what they use,if tinfoil is all you got..intillyou notice hotspots,or u cant control the heat cuz of it..then use it..but xmas wrapping works as well..its white..white reflects just as well..or one of those car window shades..shiny on one side,white on the other.use the shiny side..but im sure it will all work..
you said you bought a soilless mix??? how are you planning to grow in the tank..with pots or u filling it with the soil mix and adding a resiover under-neith.or filling it up with water..whats the plan homie??

The tank is 11 inches long and 14 inches wide, should I just use a soiless mixed and when the plants start vegging and are ready to bud, can I bud them. And I don't think I need and drainage system as long as I don't drown the plants. Do you think my project will work?
