Well I was gonna say that it could indeed be too much water a.k.a. lack of oxygen to the roots thats causing them to wilt and yellow-up like that. Doesn't look like nute-burn to me. Man you gotta aerate that reservoir. There are many choices in airstones to work with. Personally I say multiple small ones are better than one big one, wont be in the way and float around and shit. Check out Shack's airstone setup one the first page of his thread to see what a good setup looks like. There are little suction cups that will adhere to the rez walls and hold the tubing in place. I could be wrong, but I think lack of oxygen to the roots could be whats wrong with your plants. Hope this helps. :peace:

Kark....
Your the man!
Im givin u rep cause you stuck to this thread, every time i post your always here to help a bro allong.
Thanks man :)
So im gonna install and air pump just with a tube and stick it in the bottom of the res see if that helps. Also now that you mention oxygen to the roots, i might put some little holes in the Al foil taped to the tops, that should help i think (as long as too much light doesn't get in)

This is why i grow weed, cause there is always so much to do :D

Peace

Thanks man.

I wouldn't poke any holes in the foil though. The amount of light you want getting in the rez is none at all, not just a little bit. Airstones will be plenty 'nuff.

Buying clones sounds to me like the cheapest way out i can imagine.
I'm growing because i love the way you watch something real grow all the way from seed to stalk to bud to smoke, it's not about the weed and getting high, thats not what its about its about a cycle of life that runs in sync with the world around it, buying a clone is like waiting till a child has finished its toddler years and then raising it, you miss the hard part but you miss the love too. BUYING clones you literally purchase someone else's work and make it your own. By seed or by my own clone that's what i stand for.

Its like smoking a machine rolled Doobie....its not the same, it doesn't mean anything you just put the weed in and it does the work, its the same principle. There is so much effort involved in growing anyway, Pumps, lights, nutes, timers, curing, drying, trimming, cloning, it seems redundant to skip such an interesting part of the life cycle.

I'm not hating bro, but buying clones is not an option.

Peace

News

I was away for 3 days and this is what i came back too. I PH'd my water and it was shockingly high so i'm in the process of brining it back down..

I really fucked this up didn't i?
I should have PH'd from the start that was a noobs mistake and the nutes were probably a little heavy.

What do you guys think?

Will it live?
What should i do to help?
Am i an idiot?

Peace

flush out the rez... fresh water no nutes....
those plants will survive... they dont look that bad. Dont start nutes for a few days... then 1/4 nute tab at a time.... youll be good..
