i just mist them with a spray bottle and keep the soil moist for the first week or so. you can do this a few times a day and the little sprouts love it :-)

don't pour water in though... the sprouts can easily drown :-(

Just enough to keep the roots moist. This is where soil with good drainage is so important.

Only water when the soil feels pretty dry. Water enough so that it will drip down from the bottom drain holes. When they get to the dry point, I tend to water a little more then I need to so I make sure ever inch of soil is damp. As long as you have those drain holes, you should be okay! Good luck!!

With the right amount of perlite, you can water as much as you want. the excess will just drain right out. this is very good for making sure every inch gets wet, yes. because you can flood the shit out of it and be ok.

the drainage mess usually isnt pretty.

but yeah, i usually will keep a spray bottle and every day i would spray water at the base of the stem a few times, and let it midly coat that fresh taproot, to keep it moist, that part usually dries first.
