Bulbs do not cost $100, it's cheaper to run hps both in electricty and bulb replacement. But whatever, don't listen, throw away the ounces you could have had, we just tried to help and helping means telling the truth and the truth hurts when it's not what you want to hear.

At least put ALL the light on top, or half way shining down from the sides.

We aren't flaming the guy, we are saying he's burning enough energy to run a 400w hps that would have thrown double or triple or more light for the same electricity and cheaper in the long run too with bulb replacements. That's not throwing shit at someone, just the truth.

Just kissing ounces goodbye...

You can flower those out in there. The real problem is that the floros won't penetrate into the canopy very well, so you'll get some pretty spindly shit in there. The buds closest to the lights will be the most dense, and even then, pretty fluffy. But your absolutely will get a payout, just not the same as if you'd ran the same wattage in HPS.

well i doubled the 3000k lights on top and used the 5600k for clones. this is how it will stay until i get the money to buy the damn hps ballast. if someone has advice on cloning pls tell me.

I definitly do not agree with what your saying about streching, because I have a grow right now at 15 days and there is abslolutly no stretching what so ever. I usually only use cfls for seedlings, but with this grow I have had excellent results.I usually use my 400 watt mh/hps for veg and flowering, but I did not have them at the begining of my grow. My wife sent the setup last week. These are just a few pictures at day 15

You won't get stretch if you're keeping your floros close enough. You just won't get as tight of nugz, especially in the middle of the plant, furthest from the lights.
