New Setup. C02 question.

So, as my current grow comes to an end, I'm in the process of building a new room.
Apollo 6.5x6.5x6.5 tent, 3 "1500"watt king led lights, one king reflector series "1500" light (4 lights total) using 3 15gallon husky totes to make a rdwc. 250gph inline pump, 950gph air pump. 2 stones each tote, will use a 5gallon for automatic res top off with valve. 6in 250cfm fan venting outside of home through laundry duct.. thinking of using cyco nutrients line. A&B, B1, sugar, swell, and their root stim.(thoughts on this line up?).

Anyhow. Question as follows. I use negative pressure to exhaust through the top of the tent and draw my fresh air through the bottom. If I supplied C02. Would it be a waste as it's an open loop system? My thoughts are, if c02 is heavier than air. It would theoretically fill the room until it reached the top, at which point it then would be exhausted out of the tent. But that point would be 6.5ft up. Would my plants still benefit from this? Would the co2 still be pretty abundant around 3-4ft/plant level? I know the inline fan would exchange air quickly, but wouldn't it exchange the lighter air first?
Thanks...
Once the system is setup. I'll post some pics
My seeds arrived today...
