New room build...

i have a $7000 budget on a 8x8x8ft flowering room and a 6x8x8ft veg room.. for the veg room i am planning on having floros for light and for flowering room i'm having 600watts... this will be a soil grow and i want to fit aprox 10 big (bushy) plants in the flowering room at one time. i will have a electric wall heater in the room to keep the temp up if needed.. and i want to have all of the fans controled by thermometers to shut off at the desirded temp. i will also have a dehumidifier to control humidity... what would everyones ideal setup be for this space and with this cryteria... or what would be some sudgestions to improve the rooms.. **Also this room will be a perpetual harvest system too with 2 mothers for clones..**

for 7k i'd ditch the flouros and go for an MH.

7gs will get you what i got...4 600w hps,1 1000w mh, co2,dwc kit, roll of panda film,12" exhaust fan and intake,carbon filter,air conditioner,timer box and a roll of romex and 2x4's to construct your room with...then go for some good nutes....also if you go soil like you say you want...go with 5 gallon buckets...if you are really trying to grow trees this room is more suited for 6 plants but thats just my experiance...

but i need to get floros for the electric bill.. i was going to get mh but it will cost too much in the long run.. and also i will have to vent the veg room to control heat where as now i only have a small intake needed i think i will go for 4 600watts and the timer box.. i will be getting the panda film.. and the fans... i already have about 12- 5 gallon buckets to use and i will be mixing my own soil.. i was thinking about it and i might not grow huge plants.. i may just put in about 8-10 half decent sized ones... i will be using co2 in the room.. but i'm still stuck between a carbon filter or ozone generater to reduce the smell of flowering... any other sudgestions for the room?

im not trying to sound like im hateing on you because honestly im not but if you have 7000 to put down on a grow op then you shouldnt be to worried about power bills...with all this my power bill is usually around 280-350 a month...thats not to bad...the investment is well worth the return...

i know that your only trying to give advice but i didn't just come up with this money either i have saved it up.. and MH seems like a waste when floros can do the same job while keeping heat and the bill down.. also i will be veging on and l type work bench so the MH wouldn't give a really even light... 4 ft floros would work to keep veg/clone/mothers.. also i keep my veg room on 24/0.. i would like a MH but i would rather updating the room with more things to automate it.. but your advice is great tokemasterflex +rep

Flouros work for veg just fine and I normally use them too. This go around I am using my MH and I am seeing a WORLD of difference!! My elec bill wasn't much higher using it either.

well i need to veg aprox. 10 small plants about 1 ft tall and i need to veg 2 mother plants.... how many watts of MH would i need for this?

Befor you buy any items be sure this is what you want if your growing as many plants as you want i would go with a vertical grow 2 1000's ,cool tubes ,black white polly, ac unit , dehumitifer, and co 2 burner and my choice would have to be a can filter over ozone I wasnt inpressed with my ozone at all .

not really into vertical... and i think i'm gettin a carbon filter.. i have done a little reading and ozone's don't seem to be all that great

this isn't your first grow right?

well good luck on your grow....all the lights i was talkin about would be for the 8x8 flower room...use the floros for your veg room......

no this isn't my first grow i just wanted to start fresh again because i moved... i sold all my equipment to a good friend of mine so i could get all new up to date stuff.. and tokemaster flex i will reconsider all those lights for the flowering room because the more light i have in there the better.. and that MH in the flowering room would give off a blue spectrum along with the red so great idea.. i didn't really understand it at first and thought that you meant to use it for veg.. thankss
