New room advice needed

I'm setting up a room - 1st time grower. I have an area I'm constructing in my garage, it will be a 4x6 room with a 4x4 tent in it. I will pipe in the central air from the house into the room to maintain a general good temp, but have a portable A/C that could be kicked on via some type of environmental controller to keep the temp in check. The tent has a bottom vent which should create a flow through the exhaust fan going into the attic.

This is what I have so far on the shopping list:

4x4 Gorilla Grow Tent
Inda gro Pro-420-PAR Induction Fluorescent Lighting
GrowBright 4" Tall Boy Inline Fan & Carbon Filter Combo

I'm leaning towards a soiless mix in a drain and waste setup but have been looking at the Super bubbleflow buckets as well as the Sentenel MEF-1 Ebb and Flow system. I want what everyone wants I guess - a reliable system that is easy to run.

Any suggestions are welcomed.

My first hyrdo attempt was with an Ebb and Flow System. 2x1000w and 1x600w HPS in 4x8 gorilla tent. only bad part about using HPS with this system is that they gave off so much heat that I had to invest a serious amount of cash into a chiller to keep the water temp at 70 degrees. hydro system is great because of the yield increase and it takes a lot of tedious things you have to do with soil out of the mix. Also hyrdo is good because it keeps pests away unlike soil grows will most def bring pest in your room. Sometimes they are easy to get rid of but other times you can get spider mites that are ruthless and are hard to kill. Going hydro doesnt guarentee that there wont be pests but it greatly reduces your chances. So does keeping it sealed good, and that you dont go trek through grass and woods then walk into your room because that will bring pests in too. Also keep animals out of your room because they can bring pests into the room. Just thought id share a few things i ran into on my first with hydro. I liked the ebb and flow a lot, it was very easy to maintain. All I had to do was just mix in my nutrients! Sometimes the pumps can be loud (i dont know if sound is an issue for you or not) some of the more expensive pumps run quieter. Same thing with your fan.
I don't know what your budget is like but you can also get these small 90 day supply of Co2 Bucket for 90.00 that will release Co2 to help increase your yields. My 2nd grow we incorporated Co2 and our yields were wayyy bigger and everything was the same, same 2 strains, lights, everything.

That was real helpful, thanks. I am going with Inda gro's Pro-420-PAR Induction Fluorescent Lighting, it's 1000 watts of light that burns at 420 watts and runs cool. I insulated the room and it's in the garage so sound should not be a factor. Thanks for the bug tip, I do plan on keeping it sealed and sterile and I was wondering how those Co2 buckets worked, I do plan on using it.

Are you still using an Ebb and Flow system?
