New question? When do I put my rock wool seedlings into netted pots

First of all, I do read you forum,I did read 101 questions asked, and I do. Feel like an idiot asking, I have recently moved from California in crappy Lake County, I should have gone further north to Mendocino or humboldt. Talk about a nasty town, and corruption by the police and the smell of clear lake, it was a town of meth zombies. My husband and I moved to the Midwest to escape that place! I do know a lot about growing outside, my plants do great, but indoors I am a newbie. First I wanted to thank you, I had questions about my God Bud seedling, that's stem was purple and wasn't growing, thanks to your help, she(hopefully) is doing much better. Followed your advice, after only two days she is growing finally, she put out her second set of true leaves and her stem is turning back to green. Thanks again so much!
I bought two stealth growers choice hydro deep water culture set ups, I was afraid to make my own, since this is my first grow indoors. I have some aurora indica, afghani#1, master kush, and grand daddy purple x og seedlings in a humidity dome, doing good now, had a little problem, had some white fuzz growing on them, I believe I had the humidity too high, but I used baking soda recipe mixture and it took care of problem, I do have a truncheon, ph meter, know how to adjust ph with up and down, floating thermometers, fuzzy logic system, right now I still have them under a t-5 fluorescent, my pioneer 400 was stolen while we moved, it did not return back here, anyways, also carbon dioxide, reverse osmosis, just changed filter, Grow boxes, etc...I believe I'm ready. I have read different times about when to put the cubes into the pots, the pelted rocks have been cleaned, seriously ten times, so there will be no sediment, but my roots are not showing through bottom of rock wool, I read a book and it said not to put in system until the roots are showing, even though they all have first set of true leaves. I am switching to CFl's after reading and seeing great results, I was using fluorescents and metal halide. Are they ready to go in and under CFL's? I'm also unsure about this kit, it provided nutes, but I'm not sure what the hell are in them! I called stealth, and they said they contain all macro and micro nutes I need to grow my plants, I'm used to growing outdoor, where I used smart pots, soilless mixture recipes I have used from this forum, but I used a mixture of nutes outdoors, mainly advanced nutes, but also used pro-tech silicon, great white, bloomalicious, floralicious plus for the nodosum, I am not sure about these nutes, they are in two jars, one for veg and one for grow, do I need to add additives? Or should I use different nutes on my plants? I already bought a general hydroponics flora series grow box for my soilless mixtures on a few plants I put in pots, I am unsure of just using these two jars, the manufacturer said they have everything I need, macro and micro nutrients, but they do not have a label to tell exactly what they contain. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, I do know how to grow out doors, but inside I'm clueless. I don't even know if you should spray one or twice a week foliarly on my plants, and if problems arise, can you spray foliarly with serenade if needed,
I have studied from others posts but I'm still at a loss, any help would be greatly appreciated. And I'm ready to go, and should I use different nutes then the ones that came with this kit?
thanks in advance, me

Welcome to RIU :)

Just a tip... break apart your post into legible paragraphs instead of one large blob of text. Most people (including me) won't even bother reading your post, as it is too difficult on the eyes and to follow.

That's most likely why you're not getting any responses.

Cheers,

The way I germ in rockwool is I rinse my 3x3 rw cube good with regular tap water, soak in a ph'd solution with a 150 ppm of my base nutes for an hr, take it out n give it a few shakes to get the excess water out and put my seed in. I put all my cubes in a tupperware bin, cover loosely to allow some air flow and put on my water heater for 2 days. My seeds will have all popped this way, then uncover and put them under cfls for 5 days, midway through this I let the rw cube suck up some of my 150 ppm solution for maybe 20 seconds from a bowl, my roots will be a couple inches out the bottom of the rw at that point and they go into their final bucket and under my MH about 2' away and let them go for another 7 days , I then drop my MH down to. 12" and let em fly. Seedlings dont need to be under a humidity dome after they pop. Iv only messed up once with my germ process n thats because I was fucked up when I did it and didnt treat my rw cubes very well so it was my fault but other than that 1 time iv had 100% success, no damping off, no other problems
