They piss honeydew all over your leaves, and buds. You can spot them on the plant by locating water on leaves and white residue almost like hard water stain. You can flush them out by running your hand on the opposite side of the trunk and watching for them to bolt around towards you. From there you can squeeze them against the stem.

If they are still in the nymph instar they are easy to kill as they can only play Tarzan. If they are an adult they fly rather quickly when distressed too much. I have not tried systemic treatment, but I do not see why it would not work.

My only thought is, the nights are consistently in low 60s and sometimes into 50s. I guess the cold temps locked up the P. Im gonna wrap the pots to hopefully hold in the heat it has. If I foliar feed with some P, will it be able to use it?
Any thoughts anyone has about either the cause or remedy I would greatly appreciate it.

dam that looks purple wow..mine are startn too bloom now some purp in the flower bud....cant wait
