New place, new at growing inside

I think I have russet mites, actually I’m pretty sure I have russet mites.
I’m about a week into flower, I’m feeling pretty fucked.

What can I do? I need medical not poisonous weed, it for my pops, he has cancer and needs oil.

I’m just so bummed, never had russet mites before, but everything I read says I’m fucked and once you have em you got em forever.

Now what?

Otherwise there are biological weapons like predators. Personally I would go with poison.
