New photo period grow how do they look

I started one gelato seed in foxfarm soil and 2 I mixed soil and sand together I hope the sand soil works out I usually just throw them in dirt and let them grow now I'm into lst training methods I'm new to this so I was asking for some advice they are in 3 gallon smart fabric pots under 4 ft purple led grow light I also have a 4 ft shop light but don't think it dose much

You really need to look for better lighting but for a shop light to do anything (fluorescent) I assume, it needs to be two to four inches from the leaves

I've been using the 4-ft purple grow light for vegging and then the SF 1000 the flower and the little ones are in a grow tent with the purple light and the fluorescent shop light both about 18 inches away maybe less I was trying to make them stretch a little bit cuz they look a little short
