New (old) idea for new (old) grafting technique

yeah finola they grow tons of that crap

Why not do a graft on a finola field that was planted some time ago as in the EU as long as your allowed to grow industrial strains they can`t thc test finola after day 120 it`s protected by EU law due to some "mistakes" testing it in the past

Also you could cut top buds off and graft new tops on to start to develope while you had lower buds ripening

Essentially just give the plant new limbs as you hack the bud off, I love it but what happens when the plant gets free and starts to fight back, lol

I wonder if these are what was in my raw (cut) hemp seed I used for hemp milk. If we could get uncut raw, maybe viable?

Not sure you`d have to check if it was used

They have a few strains on the EU seed catalogue and last time I checked you could pick up finola for around £50 a kg of seed

So much cheaper than "medical" seeds.

Regulation 393/2013 applies to all countries in the EU. This regulation also eliminated the need for Member States to report hemp THC values to the European Commission. If hemp samples are still collected in your country, please be sure to help your agricultural officials plan for the correct time to take field samples of FINOLA (between 55 to 75 days after sowing, and never after 75 days).

So its down to 75 days now ?

They do an auto that makes "nuts" pretty sure you could grow out a field and by day 120 you`d something you could make extract with

You know if you did fem seeds or pulled the males or what ever, but very viable to grow for roots I`d say but maybe not the auto one

Hmm I think that just as a graft from a red apple makes red apples on a green apple tree

Your normal branches would need dark to flower and the auto branches would not

but maybe if the reg branches were higher up on the plant then some of the flowering hormones from the auto would make the reg flower slowly

They do anyway even under 24/0 most strains sooner or later will show sex and make some small flowers.

We focus on the light cycle part, but their whole cycle is faster, I've never seen side by side auto vs regular during veg phase, but I wouldn't be surprised if Ruderalis established itself faster than it's sisters Sativa and Indica. If it the roots don't want to die off mid-grow and if they can keep up, it could be a rootstock candidate for Indica/Sativa. It would be cool to see someone go nuts playing with different rootstocks.

You saying that kind of makes me think what if I used ga3 on a post harvest auto, I mean it should veg up while its being fed gibberellic acid right ? just like photo plants seem to

ok so back to the first paragraph . witch was the only thing i read, when i ran downstairs with a hurry while the wounds from the freshly cut nugs were still oozing. that was 3 days ago i doubt it will live. but it is still very healthy... scion is gsc by hso and rootstock is bluevenom by g13. i should of chosen a better more hard to kill top.

Like UB said this has been discussed here before, i see this subject pop up every 6-8 months, usually once the last thread has been well buried. I've grafted branches from one plant to another on outdoor plants, accidentally broke a stem off and figured what the hell, split the stem on another plant and stuck it in, wrapped in paper towel then cellophane, had a sativa durban poison bud growing out the side of a indica LSD plant. I plan on trying this on mother plants at some point, ideally I'd like 4 mothers, 2 with 3-4 indica strains on it and a 2 with 3-4 sativa strains. 4 plants with 12-16 strains would feed a room nicely!!

i was more curious about grafting on a harvested rootstock although it would be nice to have limitless strains without breaking the law
