new NFT system help

hi guys
I've been lurking around here for a while, and am finally getting a setup together. Got a 400w hps light on the way.. but I'm not too sure about how to set up a NFT system.. I've read a few articles but I haven't seen anywere that gives exact instructions... basically I don't want to have to piece all the info together..

so can anyone point me to a good resource with instructions and plans?

I;ve got the following space to grow in:

H - 100'
D - 23'
w - 60'

Thats a fairly big space.. want to get 4 plants in there..

any help as to how to get my NFT system going would be much appreciated

you could grow a jungle in there lol...

i know nada on NFT systems... Is there a reason you want that type of system??? i know that the film creates a benificial bacteria and the botom of the roots touch and live off it and the rest od the roots are exposed.. thats the extent of my NFT knowledge sorry..

doesnt have to be NFT, that just looked like the best option.

I just want something that I can set up myself in this space... thanks for your quick replys guys

was thinking of big bud seeds btw

any suggestions for the easiest/best set up for this space would be much appreciated. I've got everything, except drainage options..

easiest=ebb and flow.. in your space tho, check out ebb & grow.. you can grow some monsters with that easy set up in that space.. tis what i would do ;)
