So we are currently developing a new product for indoor gardeners, one that works in conjunction with your hps setups. Eliminates power consumption and from what our early tests show may be better than hps light, and no we are not talking about LED here. Something completely different, we are hoping to hit the market with the retail price of around 1299 to 1500 dollars. I am also considering putting together a DIY thread on how to accomplish this without spending a lot of money depending on the feedback I get.

What are you talking about? It seems to make no sense at all.

Can't give away too much because we are still in the very early stages, but the basic concept is that you will be able to grow indoors or underground and still use actual sunlight instead of running your hps constantly. They will be used as supplemental lighting to keep the 12 hour cycle going when the sun goes down. Our initial release will offset 2 1000 watt lights but can be scaled up or down to meet the needs of hobby growers and commercial growers.

not sure how u can use actual sunlight and grow underground unless its a solar powerd HPS. From what i see here theres a new member that just joined whos talken about an unheard of light with no actual info on how it works or any pics. i hate to be the one that doubts but i got no choice as of now

It's a home version of one of those new fiber optic setups some office buildings have with a special collector on the roof to concentrate the light into the optics regardless of the angle of the sun. (to a degree)

Given the price and description up to this point, it can't be anything else.
