The newbie blind leading the newbie blind.
Im just trying to figure out whats wrong since its still my first growThe newbie blind leading the newbie blind.
ThanksNutrient problem. a 250 watt light would be right above the plant depending on the heat it put off.
future note, always buy a base soil that has no nutrients or as close to no nutrients as you can get.
Better your advice be discouraged with ignorance, than your ignorance discourage a grower with your advice.Haters gunna Hate.
can you argue my points or just discourage my advice with ignorance?
there are many ways to get it done. finding a product you can trust is half the battle. Thanks
I bought this one because I didnt realy know anything about nutrients so I wanted to be safe for the forst few weeks
Do you have any recommendations ? (nutrients in general)there are many ways to get it done. finding a product you can trust is half the battle.
happy frog soil is a great starting soil
general hydro with botanicares liqued karma and a nice Cal-Mag with low nitrogen.Do you have any recommendations ? (nutrients in general)
My honest opinion is to raise the lights. Hold off on nutes until plant gets right.Since some of you think its a nutrient problem and some of you think its a light problem do you think raising my light a bit and starting bloom nutrients is a good fix ?
UpdateThanks a lot
I raised the lights a bit and Ill check on them tomorrow
And im currently using rain water because I read it was the best and its easily accessible where I live
So what do you think I should do ?All forms of stress low or high, compound if the plant isn't given enough time to recover in before the next onslaught. Even a healthy vigorous plant has its limits.
Leave the lst in place. Back off the light. Focus on maintaining an ideal environment for right now. And when she regains her footing, assessment of leaves, light distance and possibly some nutrient would be what I'd do.So what do you think I should do ?
Was thinking of removing the lst and giving the plant time to recover from the light stress and starting lst again after she recovers
Ok thanks a lot I think the environment is pretty goodLeave the lst in place. Back off the light. Focus on maintaining an ideal environment for right now. And when she regains her footing, assessment of leaves, light distance and possibly some nutrient would be what I'd do.
In the mean make sure the roots stay happy.
When was the last time you watered it?Update I raised the lights and my blue dream looks a lot better but my cbd crack pretty much got worse
(Pics below)
About 3 days ago but before that it was about a weekWhen was the last time you watered it?
Does the pot still have water weight. Like is it heavy compared to bone dry soil, being super light
I just looked back in the thread and I could find what type of soil your in.About 3 days ago but before that it was about a week
thw soil isnt that heavy and its slightly moist
First ….. No.that claw is from nitrogen
Feed them with PH Water until you get runoff and cut back the nutes to 1/2 for 2-3 feedings see how they look before being generous with the grow formula again. Make sure your PH is around 5.8-6.0 and hope you haven't locked out potassium and stunted your babies for a while.
Also make sure you're giving the plants a good dry period between waterings. If you get worried that they might need some, splash the root ball at best. Be sure your soil is drying out or your plants aren't eating or getting enough oxygen to the roots.
