New journal - KC Brains Danky Doodle aka Double D

This is my first time trying hydroponics and I will be needing some help and advice along the way so feel free. I researched a bit and now I'm on my way as of 1-7-08.

I soaked 10 KC Brains - Danky Doodle seeds and also soaked 10 rockwool cubes in 5.0 ph'd water for 24 hours. This morning when I got home, I cleaned my germination tray and put my seeds into the rockwool. Of course I shook out the excess water from the rockwool so that it was damp before. Then I put the trays in and the lid on...sat them on the heating pad and crossed my fingers.

Am I doing anything wrong so far or do you have any suggestions?

My setup is a 30 gallon DWC Rubbermaid with 10 - 3" netpots. I will be using GH 3 part nutes, Superthrive and mycorrhizal fungi. I have a 250 MH for vegging, but my main focus is to find some mothers and produce clones for my '08 outdoor grow. This is all in a 3'x3'x8' closet attached to my attic. I won't have problems with temps or CO2 because the air circulates very well. If anything I think during the winter I will have problems with the temps being too low. I'll post pics later.
