This is my first time growing with hydro and I need some help have a pretty good setup I'm growing just one plant right now.the problem I'm having its just a couple days ago I put in a co2 Green pad booster and the next day the leaves were droopy. Now I've read some threads people saying that you can't give it too much carbon dioxide and I would agree but all the stuff I have for it and my setuphas not given me any problems until I did that and maybe just pure coincidenceso I took out the green booster pad so far I have not seen any indications of root rot or burn leaves spotting or anything of that nature just droopy leaves they do look a little better today but I would like a professional opinion.the nutrients I use is called moondust if that makes any difference.

To me, those roots do not look healthy. Whats your water temp and are they getting plenty of air? You need to cover those holes so light is not getting to your water. I would also cover that black surface with something with or reflective, that will kill your water temps until you get enough of a canopy to block the light. I use reflectix to block light on the top, it also has some insulation qualities.

73 is on the high side, you cover up the top with something like the sun shades they sell for your car windows and I bet you temps drop down into the 65-68F sweet spot. It will also block light which will foster growth in your water.. So I would suggest doing a good rez clean/swap and covering the top so no light can get in and the light is not heating up that black surface.

Anything to cover up those holes and get rid of the black surface will work. Foil is fine, but could tear and get holes easily. Walmart has an emergency blanket for $2 or you can get a car sunshade for about the $10 on amazon. Hell, even white poster board/carboard would work, just would get wet.

My partner brought something to my attention she has been helping me with some research and she thinks it's getting to much light to early. I started the plant on Feb4th and when the two true leaf's came in I put our on an 18 light on and 6 off. with the age of my plant should I give more sleep time or is the light cycle ok. please be honest.

18-6 is fine as long as the Temps are under control.

It´s definitly not a light issue! But 18/6 will be ok.
I personally prefer the GLR-Methode(Gas lantern routine, 12/1, means saving energy) have a look:

I would stick with 18-6 for veg and 12-12 for flower.

You should try to give them as much energy to grow as you can. After you get a few grows under your belt , you can start experimenting with light times etc.

I don't to make a mistake and give light to my plants to early... When the first to finger leafs showed I started the light cycle. My question is was I right to start then or should I have waited?

This is what I use to feed my plants I was wondering if this particular plant food is perfectly fine for my cannabis plants... Also should I be following the directions that are on back of the bag and if someone could help me out with some information exactly when is the vegetative state of a cannabis plant. I've seen many websites describing it differently I would appreciate a straightforward answer describing what the plan should look like once it hits its vegetative stage. Thank you for any help that you guys offer!.
