New guy here. Week 5 autos. How do they look?

Newbiehere. New to page, first post so here we go!

I got 4 babies here
Cotc cash crop
Cotc amphetamine
Fast buds six shooter
Dynafem kush and cheese
All autos
All in 3 gallon pots 50/50 mix of lucky dog k9 soil and coco, with perlite and dolmite lime added. Running the fox farm trio bb gb tb. At 3 ml/g grow big, 3 ml/g tiger bloom, and 5 ml/g big bloom and i add about a tsp/g of epsom salt. Ph at 6.3. Im a 10 by 10 tent with a 600 w hps set at 18-6. Early in there life they were in a closet which stayed warm (83-89 but i got them moved into the ac tent(75-81). My question is how do they look compared to age? Do i look ok track ? A little behind? Ne thing i need to change for the next four beans? Any input/advice appreciated!

Id say they look a little behind. Theyre skinny and the internode spacing isnt close. To me they dont look like theyll hit the two oz mark and theyre on the wide side of autos. Most one oz keepers are small impo. Large 4 oz autos can take up a little space because theyll earn it. I hope they start stacking up better for you. Ive run them under t5 floros and seen tighter plants. What type of lighting are you using if you dont mind me asking? And please dont think im being rude. Im just trying to give you an honest viewpoint of what i see, because you asked.

Thank you for the advice, im using i started under some regular t 12 flourescent then moved to 600 w hps at like week 2 or 3. I was stuck in a closet gor a couple weeks and tje hps was super hot in there. Im in a ac controlled tent now so hopefully next grow i can keep them a little tighter. They were short and tight then they hit a grow spurt and just kept going up! Id b extatic with a oz per on my first lol

Question though, when i start the next, if they stay really short will they still produce? Thats what scared me so i kinda stretched them on purpose.... o well, live and learn

Well in that case its pretty much on par with the environment. If they stayed under the fluorescents for too long they wont produce well, id have them under stronger "T" lights at first, like t5s, or straight to hid lighting.
Heat also causes stretchy plants with wide internodes. The sometimes good, and sometimes bad thing about autos, is that they can only give you what they were bred to give you. Im growing a couple right now that will only give me an oz. Im also growing a couple that will likely give me over three oz. no difference in techniques.
If you do want to continue growing autos, try to find high yeilding plants, start them in the final containers (ilearned this the hard way), and get as much light on them as possible for the whole grow. Id bet you can easily pull a lb off of that 600 watt light on your second try.
Theres a company called buddha seeds maybe? But they sell a mystery ten pack of autos thats super cheap and seems to be doing quite well for me so far. Looks like itll be a lb easy with no fancy growing going on.

Thanks. I picked strains that are supposr to yield high (or tried to) the cash crop has big bud in it, its supposed to b a heavy wieght. Also the amphetamine suppose to b even bigger. A friend of mine has grown a few from buddah. My next run i have
Fast bud girl scout
Cream o the crop_ narco purps
And 2 dynafem crital plus. Go to 5 gallon fabric pots next go round. Also going to led hopefully, and if not atleast an air cooled hood[i have very crappy reflector]. I started very slow on nutes and i think that hurt me. These ones are really eating it up in good quantity.

Hopefully next go around is tuned in a bit better

Every grow gets better as you get to be a better grower. If you thought marijuana was addictive, wait till you see how addictive growing it is ;)
