New Growth Yellow and Some Parts Look Burned

Today I found that the fresh growth on the plant seems to be really light pretty much yellow and eventually bronzes up. Can someone verify?
My Setup :
400 Watt HPS (Currently 8 inches from the top of the plants)
600 CFM fans supply air
Self Made Hydroponics System (Pretty must the aquamist except I made it for under $150 vs paying $500)

Conditionals:
75-80F Temperature
Nutrients are currently at just under 400 PPM
Water is at a PH of 6.3
We used distilled water that only had 1ppm

The strain -
OG Kush
The plants were on a 24/0 for 1 week before I put them in the hydro system
Currently on week 2 of 12/12.

Also the brown spots on the lower growth were from a calcium deficiency, they went away when I added a little more to the nutrient solution.

I'm not hydro but what is your micronute supplement? Heck a vitamin pill may help.

I'm 90% sure that's from being too close to the light. I've had that happen before and had the same exact looking tops. I'd move the light a good 4-6 inches away from your tops.

Iron def would be my guess

My micro nute is general hydroponics flora micro, yesterday we increased the nutes going on the copper theory since copper and iron both would be solved by adding the same nutes and the fresh growth looks good this morning. So more then likely solved.
